The problem

A travel club runs on six tools that don't talk to each other

None of them were built for a club with four teams, a tryout weekend and an entry fee due on Friday. So the club president becomes the integration layer.

  • A signup form here, the money in a payment app there
  • A schedule screenshot that was right on Tuesday
  • Three group chats, two of them out of date
  • Waivers chased one family at a time
  • A tournament entry paid before anyone committed
  • Rosters that reset every year

What it does

One system for the off‑field half of a baseball club

Everything below is in the product today — not a roadmap.

Registration and money

Take a player from interested to registered and paid, without a spreadsheet or a Venmo thread.

What's included

Schedules and attendance

One schedule your families actually trust — with a real answer to who is showing up.

What's included

Tryouts and the prospect pipeline

A public signup link, a pipeline behind it, and evaluations that turn into a roster.

What's included

Tournament travel

The hardest thing a travel club does: decide which weekends to enter, and get families committed and paid.

What's included

Communication that lands

Reach every family on the roster, from your club's address, without a phone tree.

What's included

Rosters, seasons and history

Teams are franchises that outlive a season. BSBLOps models it that way.

Getting started

You do not have to move everything at once

Most clubs start with the schedule for one or two teams and turn on registration when the next signup window opens.

  1. 01

    Set up your club

Add your teams, your season and your locations. Import the schedule you already keep in TeamSnap instead of typing it twice.

  2. 02

    Bring the families in

Invite parents, or open a public tryout signup link. They get the schedule, their balance and the club handbook — most of it without needing a password.

  3. 03

    Run the season

Collect registrations and installments, ask for RSVPs, commit families to tournament weekends, and send the one announcement that reaches everybody.

Fits what you already use

It meets your club where it is

Stripe

Registration fees, installments, tournament commitments and refunds run on Stripe, paid out to your club's own account.

TeamSnap

Sync a schedule you already keep in TeamSnap rather than typing it twice while you migrate.

Calendar subscriptions

Families subscribe once from Apple, Google or Outlook; every change follows without another announcement.

Email and SMS

Club email sent from your own domain, with delivery, bounce and preference handling built in.

Questions

Before you ask

Do we have to move everything over at once?

No. Most clubs start with schedules and rosters for one or two teams, then turn on registration when the next signup window opens. If your schedule already lives in TeamSnap, sync it rather than retyping it.

Do families need to create an account?

Only if they want the full view. The things you most need an answer to — a tryout signup, an availability ask, a tournament commitment, an email preference change — all work from a link, without a password.

How do payments reach our club?

Through Stripe, into your club's own Stripe account. BSBLOps never holds your money; it records what was charged, what was paid, and what is still outstanding.

What happens to last season's data?

It stays. A team is a franchise with a roster per season, so rolling into a new season does not erase the old one. Player tenure, past teams and past coaches remain readable.

Can more than one club share an account?

Each club is its own organization with its own data, and every request is scoped to it. If you run more than one club, you switch between them rather than mixing them.

What does the free trial include?

Every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial of Pro, so you can test registration and payments before you decide. No credit card to start.

Is there an API?

Yes — a developer API, plus an MCP server so you can ask an AI assistant about your club's teams, players, schedule and registrations directly.
